Description:
 1. Work closely with development team to verify the accuracy of software releases.

Responsibilities:
 1. Design, develop, and implement testing methods to perform functional testing.
 2. Deploy methods to stress testing networking applications.
 3. Compile data and define changes required in testing procedures or new testing requirements.
 4. Write and maintain automation/manual test scripts, design test procedures, and test cases.
 5. Be an expert to provide technical/functional solutions to a wide range of difficult problems.

Requirements:
 1. At least 1-2 years in software development. Strong understanding of software development practices.
 2. Minimum 2 years direct QA experience and work in a team environment.
 3. Solid knowledge on testing methodology. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
 4. Must be detail oriented. Quick leaner and team player. Self-motivated.
 5. Strong understanding of multi-threaded programming and n-tier application development as it relates to test design.
 6. Design, maintain and build up on-going test plan, test cases and scripts to increase test coverage for the target solution.
 7. Perform tests under tight time constraints with a high degree of quality and accuracy.
 8. Analyze the results of test and test coverage to determine the quality of the solution.
 9. Recommend improvements to existing test automation and processes to ensure repeatability, efficiency and scalability of tests.
 10. Test automation skills as an asset.

General Qualifications:
 1. BS/MS in Computer Science, MIS or equivalent education.
 2. Be able to review and write tests for C and Java code.

Remuneration:
 1. The pay package is up to100,000 RMB per year.
 2. A collection of perks are included.
 3. 3-year employment contract.
