Requirements: &lt;br /&gt;
&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;-College graduate or above &lt;br /&gt;
&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;-Customer oriented &amp;amp; interested in dealing with people at all levels &lt;br /&gt;
&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;-Good command of both spoken and written English &amp;amp; Chinese &lt;br /&gt;
&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;-Good spoken Putonghua is an advantage &lt;br /&gt;
&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;-Pleasant, mature, independent and able to work under pressure &lt;br /&gt;
&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;-Good inter-personal and communication skills &lt;br /&gt;
&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;-Shift duty is required &lt;br /&gt;
&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;-Telecom Industry experience is preference&lt;br /&gt;
